ECiencia is an open access journal, meaning all its content is freely available to users and their institutions at no cost. Users are permitted to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles, as well as use them for any other lawful purpose, without needing prior permission from the publisher or the author. This open access policy aligns with the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI).

The reuse of published works is allowed under the terms of the Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0).

Additionally, ECiencia charges a fee of $150.00 USD (one hundred fifty U.S. dollars) for the submission and publication of articles.
